I have been making these recently to curve my sugar cravings and both my fiancé and I are ADDICTED to these! There are super easy to whip up (no baking required) and taste SO GOOD!
Ingredients*2 cups of rolled oats
*1 cup of peanut butter
*1/2 cup of honey
*1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1.) Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
2.) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3.) Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
4.) Place the baking sheet with the energy bites in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Making another batch of these are on my To-Do List this weekend. Anyone have any exciting plans for this weekend?
