I just realized that today is November 30th...aka the last day of November...aka I frantically put my November favorites together. I had a lot of favorites this month...eighteen of them to be exact. There were just so many amazing finds this month that I couldn't narrow it down! Also I wanted to take this time to let y'all know that I am going to do BLOGMAS this year! It will be a lot of work I know but I am excited to do it! So check my blog every day till Christmas for a ton of fun posts!
And now on to my November favorites!
I fell deeply and madly in love with this eye pallet during the month of November. It was the eye pallet I featured in my November Make-Up Shake-Up. My favorite color combo was Garnet, a russet red color, all over the lid with Sable, a brownish red color, in the crease and outer corner. These two combined together made a gorgeous fall smokey eye.
This product has helped make my hair softer, frizz free, and smooth. I just spray five pumps of this onto the palms of my hands, rub them together, and then apply it all throughout my lightly damp hair. I then blow dry my hair and then proceed to touch my silky soft hair in aw.
This product pleasantly surprised me. It kept my make-up in place all day long and it takes the tiniest amount. I just take a Real Techniques powder brush and gently pop my brush in the powder to pick up some and then swirl the brush around in the lid to get the smallest amount of product. I then apply it all over my face for a flawless finish. This powder also worked great for the ol' powdering your lips trick in order to make your lipstick last longer.
This little body creme came in Limited Edition Holiday set from Laura Mercier. The set came with six travel size containers of their amazing Souffle Body Cremes. This month I was loving their body creme in the scent Tarte au Citron. This rich, heavy creme melts into your skin leaving it moisturized and the scent lingers for a few hours.
NUXE Reve de Miel Ulta Nourishing Lip Balm
I will say it...this item is a HOLY GRAIL lip product for me! I'm usually not a fan of thick lip balm products but there is just something about this stuff that leaves my lips extra moisturized during the blistering cold months. Because this is such a heavy product I put it on right before bed and leave it on over night.
A great pearlescent burgundy color for the Holiday Season!
I keep this hand cream on my nightstand and apply it to my hands every night before bed and every morning when I wake up. My hands tend to get dry during the colder months and this stuff helps keep them nice and moisturized! Plus the scent of this stuff is amazing and it doesn't leave my hands feeling greasy.
This is my favorite perfume I own. It was kind of a spontaneous purchase I made online (because I'm weird and felt like buying perfumes online) and I am so glad that I did. If I had come across this scent in stores I probably would not have purchased it. This scent is the perfect Fall/Winter scent. It is a combination of sweet and spicy. I wear this perfume everyday and love its unique scent. I will be trying out more Jo Malone Colognes in the near future!
I have never used a brow product until this one...and I have fallen deeply in love with it! I have pretty thick, dark brows that don'y have a lot of sparse areas but this product is AMAZING at keeping my brows in place all day long! Benefit's Gimme Brow has shown me that its okay to give my brows a little love!
This product is great to wear underneath your foundation, BB Cream, tinted moisturizer, ect. It gives your skin a nice healthy glow without looking like you packed on glitter all over your face. You can apply this product all over or you can highlight specific areas of your face. I personally pump one pumpful to the back of my hand and then apply all over my face using my fingertips.
I have recently added this to my night time skin routine in order to combat the dry skin I have been dealing with due to the dry Fall/Winter weather here in Chicago. This thick cream absorbs into my skin leaving it plump and moisturized.
I tend not to wear foundation, BB Cream, or Tinted Moisturizer very often. However, this month when I felt like wearing something with light coverage I found myself reaching for this Chantecaille Tinted Moisturizer. This product gives a light finish. If you want a heavier coverage I would not recommend this product because your natural skin does peek through, which I personally love.
I love using the Maybelline Color Tattoos as an eyeshadow base or on its own when I am feeling lazy. This product is super versatile and something that everyone should have in their make-up bags! It has a cult following in the beauty blogger community and is one of those products that is worth the hype!
This is a product I have had sitting in my make-up drawer for such a long time that the packaging has changed. This month my skin decided to be a pain in the ass and I had several breakouts...my skin hasn't been this bad in a long time. I found this buried beneath other products in my collection and have been using it ever day since. Why I ever decided to try a different concealer is beyond me. This concealer is the perfect shade for my skin and covers all of my breakouts. I will be using this until I run out of it!
If you are someone who only wants to own one lip liner than this is the product for you. Urban Decay was a genius for coming up with a lip liner that goes on transparent. I will no longer have to spend quality time in the make-up aisle trying to figure out what what lip liner will go with the lipstick I am trying to buy. This is the only lip liner I need in my life...and that is a beautiful thing!
This mini Caviar Stick came in another Holiday set I purchased from Laura Mercier. I love all of the colors included in the set but I especially love the shade Rose Gold. I just pop this into the inner corner of my eyes and it instantly brightens my eye area!
This is the lip color I have been wearing during the day when I am running errands or sitting in class. It gives my lips a nice natural pink tint. I love Fresh Sugar Lip Treatments because they keep my lips moisturizer for hours!
This has been my favorite lipstick to wear during the month of November! I am finally able to go out on the weekends again after being sick with bronchitis for 2 months (granted now all I can do is study for exams for the next 3 weeks...and blog of course). I wore this shade out on a double date and my friend loved the shade on me so much that she decided to go out and purchase it for herself! This lipstick is the perfect deep red lip color for this Holiday Season!
